DSIP 5mg

DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is a naturally occurring nonapeptide (Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp-Ala-Ser-Gly-Glu) originally isolated from rabbits during slow-wave sleep. As a synthetic analog provided as a lyophilised powder for research use only, DSIP is used in laboratory settings to explore sleep architecture, stress modulation, and neuroendocrine regulation

Please note that this product came back into stock on 3rd June 26 and a sample went to the independent lab that day. Their target turn around time is 10 working days, so we expect to have the CoA for this batch to be available on 8th July 26.

Research Focus and Areas of Interest

1. Sleep Architecture Modulation

DSIP has been studied for its potential to influence deep (delta) sleep, enhance sleep efficiency, and reduce sleep latency—making it a tool for investigating sleep regulation mechanisms

2. Stress and Hormonal Regulation

Research suggests DSIP may modulate the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, affecting corticotropin release and stress resilience through endocrine pathways

3. Analgesia & Neuroprotection

DSIP exhibits potential pain-modulating effects, possibly via opioid receptor systems, and shows neuroprotective characteristics—demonstrated in models of oxidative stress and recovery after stroke

Conclusion

DSIP is a versatile research peptide offering insights into sleep depth, stress axis modulation, pain perception, and neural recovery mechanisms. Supplied strictly for research use only, it is not for therapeutic, human, or veterinary application.
